With our extensive fleet of over 300 vehicles, the Dilmak Chemical Tanker Washing and Treatment Facility, and our experienced team, we carry out our operations with a commitment to quality, safety, and environmental friendliness.
Our Quality Policy
At TET Global Logistics, we operate our bulk chemical transportation and chemical tanker washing operations in accordance with the SQAS sustainability safety-quality standards set by the European Chemical Industry Council.
We transport various chemicals, including personal care, cleaning, pharmaceuticals, organic chemistry, paints, food, agriculture, and construction chemicals, in a hygienic environment using 316 L quality stainless steel, heat-controlled, and ADR-certified tankers, containers, trailers, and light equipment.
With a daily capacity of 10,000 tons, we ensure the easy and fast movement of hazardous and non-hazardous liquid chemicals throughout Turkey and Europe, and globally for container transportation. Our strategic location and extensive fleet provide intermodal logistics options, supporting products from the loading point to the unloading point.
Our activities in the sterilization of chemical tankers are carried out in collaboration with Dilmak Tanker. The Dilmak Chemical Tanker Cleaning and Treatment Facility, which holds ISO 9001 Quality Certification and European Cleaning Certificate, offers high-standard services with its automated washing systems and expert team.

Our Safety Policy
At TET Global Logistics, we carry out our occupational health and safety management according to the OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System criteria, with our specialized team and experienced drivers holding SRC 5 Dangerous Goods Transport Driver Licenses.
In our logistics activities conducted under the ADR Dangerous Goods Transport Regulations, our vehicles and transported products are comprehensively protected against potential damage and loss. In addition to the insurance against traffic accidents and theft, we secure transported goods with a Damage Excess Agreement that increases the optional liability of the insurance. We also aim to compensate for any damage and losses to the transported goods through Transport Insurance.
We provide comprehensive service during our logistics operations in accordance with ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction Management System criteria. To this end, we support our operations with technological infrastructure through specially developed software. We offer our clients an online platform through the Vehicle Tracking System to access detailed information about the vehicle carrying their order in real-time. Our ERP software enables the fast and solution-oriented management of the entire logistics process from order to delivery, integrated into the customer’s system.
At TET Global Logistics, we aim to conduct our operations seamlessly with an effective security system. We protect company personnel, products, facilities, and strategic information against external attacks and threats.

In this regard, we minimize potential accidents that could occur during liquid chemical transportation and chemical tanker cleaning operations that might harm the environment.
We conduct our operations in compliance with regulations set by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry of Turkey and the European Agreement Concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR). By using EURO5 and EURO6 engine technology in our vehicles, we contribute to environmental sustainability and the preservation of natural resources for a healthy future.

Our Behavior Based Security Policy
The goal of TET Global Logistics management is to support employees, including drivers and cleaning personnel, in adapting to industry developments and to ensure continuous improvement. The objectives for master drivers include implementing driver training programs to enhance driving techniques, reduce accidents and incidents, lower fuel consumption, and provide professional service to all customers. The purpose of the tanker cleaning program is to perform cleaning while considering environmental factors, using less fuel and water.
To achieve these program objectives, senior management provides the necessary financial investment and resources. This program is also part of TET Global Logistics’ Triple Responsibility Program and aims to enhance resource utilization.
Timelines and implementation plans have been developed for the program. The management of the BBS program, its implementation, and continuous monitoring require the commitment and support of all personnel.

Our Corporate Social Responsibility Policy
TET Global Logistics observes and takes necessary measures regarding the rights of human, worker, and environmental safety in its relationships with employees and stakeholders, in compliance with relevant laws.
In this context, the company does not employ uninsured workers, workers under the age of 18, forced labor, debt-bonded labor, or involuntary prisoners. Working hours and leave are organized according to operational needs. Drivers are instructed to operate vehicles within legal driving hours.
The company employs individuals with disabilities. Any form of corruption, bribery, and abuse is prohibited in both internal and external company relations. Discrimination based on language, religion, race, gender, thought, or belief is strictly forbidden among company employees.
