During the inspections carried out from the beginning of the year until January 9, many vehicles without digital tachographs were fined for traffic. In the last statement made by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, it was stated that the traffic fines imposed because of not using the digital tachograph will be canceled.

The obligation to use digital tachograph after the amendment made in the temporary article of law was postponed to 10.07.2020. After the investigation, the penalties imposed for using analogue or electronic tachographs between 01-09 January 2020 will be canceled.
