Renovation works at Sarp border check point, located in the border Turkey-Georgia caused serious delays. Due to transfer of the customs bureau, Sarp border check-point was closed to order. Delays driven by renovation of passport system, conducted by the Ministry of Interior and by Nevruz Holiday raised the waiting time of vehicles to 2,5 days. Alternatively, drivers can use Çıldır-Aktaş and Türkgözü border check-points.
