According to the statement made by the Ministry of Transport on 22.05.2020, it has been stated that the Turkish haulers have to return to our country with the same trailers/semi-trailers. This arrangement does not include transports made with UBAK document.

However, due to the Covid epidemic, many applications were made to the Ministry that certain transportation routes were closed and hauler firms had difficulties in planning their trips and could not use their vehicles efficiently. As a result of this application, the Turkish plate haulers that traveling abroad are allowed to return to our country with another semi-trailer/trailer. We remind you that this permission will be valid until 31.07.2020.
