Since pass documents were not distributed on Dilucu Border Gates, vehicles were sent to Hopa or Gürbulak Distribution Bureaus. As result of infrastructure work, vehicles that will exit from Dilucu Gate Border can now collect pass documents from Iğdır Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
