In order to meet the increasing trade volume in our country and around the world due to the Covid-19 epidemic and the need for drivers with professional qualification certificates in the sector, within the framework of the Road Transport Regulation, for drivers who carry cargo and passengers for commercial purposes and who have professional qualification certificate, an arrangement has been made in order to apply the age restriction with the article “Not attaining the age of 69 (sixty-nine) years old” until 31.12.2023.
