The Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure announced that due to the Covid-19 coronavirus outbreak, vehicle inspection times were extended. The Ministry’s “Regulation about; Amendment to opening – operating of Vehicle Inspection Stations” was published in the Offical Gazette and entered into force.

With this temporary law article added to the regulation, vehicle inspection periods were rearranged.

Vehicle inspections may be postponed for 3 months after this temporary article of law comes into force. However, vehicles that have not been examined during this period must have a mandatory inspection within 45 days from the end of the period. We would like to remind you that these periods can be extended by the Ministry.
