Tır Karnelerinin Kullanımında Kolaylaştırma

İzinli Gönderici Statüsü kapsamında TIR Karne kullanım prosedürlerinde değişikliğe gidilmiş ve yapılan kolaylaştırma kapsamında TIR Karnelerinin, gerekli tescil işlemlerini yaptırılması amacıyla fiziki olarak hareket gümrük idaresine gönderilmesi gerekliliği uygulaması yürürlükten kalkmıştır.

Yeni uygulama ile TIR Karnesi ve TIR İhracat Özet Beyanı elektronik ortamda tescil edilecek, tescil işlemi akabinde araç İzinli Gönderici tarafından mühürlenerek sınır (çıkış) gümrük idaresine sevk edilecek, TIR Karnesi üzerine vurulacak gümrük mühürleri ve Volet işlemleri sınır gümrük idaresi tarafından yapılarak araç yurtdışı edilecektir.

Facilitating the Use of Truck Carnets

Within the scope of the Permitted Sender Status, the TIR Carnet usage procedures have been changed and the practice of physically sending TIR Carnets to the customs office of departure in order to carry out the necessary registration procedures has been abolished within the scope of the facilitation.

With the new application, the TIR Carnet and the TIR Export Summary Statement will be registered electronically, after the registration process, the vehicle will be sealed by the Authorized Sender and shipped to the border (exit) customs office, the customs seals to be affixed on the TIR Carnet and the Volet transactions will be made by the border customs administration and the vehicle will be sent abroad.
