Laws (laws 1534-IX and 1582-IX) on imposing fines in cases such as violating the size and weight standards of trucks, exceeding speed limits, violating road signs and rules in Ukraine entered into force on 01.10.2021. It is stated that the aforementioned issues come into force in order to protect public health and prevent damage to the roads.
