On 4 November 2019, the General Directorate of Highways issued a statement regarding the Greek paid tolls. 20% of the transitional documents will be given to empty vehicles to take cargo from Greece and to the vehicles that will take cargo to other countries and receive the return cargo from Greece.

Currently there are only 35 transit documents to Greece remaining.
